Tim Langford – Managing Director

Grayson Design & Print came from humble beginnings. Starting off as a small print broker, run from Tim & Lesley’s spare bedroom over 20 years ago. As their client base expanded, so did they, eventually going on to move into their own premises, taking on staff and purchasing state of the art production machinery and finishing equipment. Graysons was born, and now Tim continues to play an integral part in managing the team and ever growing client base.


Lesley Langford – Company Secretary

As our company secretary, Lesley is in charge of everything from managing payments, raising paperwork to keeping our accounts department running smoothly. Lesley has been in the industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge to go with it. Her friendly personality and can do attitude means she is always on hand to help out – wherever she is needed.


Ashley Rogers – General Manager

Ashley has been with Graysons now for nearly 10 years. Starting out as our first in house Graphic Designer and Digital Print Technician – Ashley is also our Digital Print guru. His knowledge and expertise means he’s your ‘go-to-guy’ for advice, queries and quotes. Not only this but he also manages our team, all different areas of the business and liaises with clients and suppliers on a day to day basis.


Paul Buxton – Production Manager

Paul handles the day to day duties of our Large Format production team. They produce a wide range of signage and decals – everything from safety signs to vehicle graphics. They handle the print process from start to finish, printing, finishing and laminating your signage for a high quality finish every time. Paul has worked in the print industry for over 10 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience that reflects in his work.


Ian Jones – Business Development Manager

Ian’s knowledge of Large Format printing and signage means he’s got an answer for everything. Ian has worked in the industry for 20 years and can handle all of your requirements. As our Business Development Manager, Ian also generates new business alongside his day to day duties of liaising with clients, quoting, account managing and processing orders. Not sure what you need? Holly Langford – Clothing Manager

Holly came straight out of her education and into the family business, taking on the clothing department. Holly manages a team that produce uniform, workwear and PPE for all your business needs. Holly is at hand to advise on everything from the products you need to the personalisation of your uniform – from vinyl transfers, direct to garment or embroidery. She can handle your order from start to finish, her and her team produce high quality and cost effective garments, bespoke for you.


Emma O’Quinn – Lead Graphic Designer

The Graphic Design department of Graysons has continued to go from strength to strength since Emma joined the team almost 5 years ago. Originally brought in to assist the design department as the Junior Designer, Emma now heads the team. The department continues to grow as the amount of artwork we produce gets greater and greater. Not only that but they also handle the production of print ready files, production files and the prepressing of supplied artwork. Emma is always on hand to give advice and guidance – in all areas of design.


John Peach – Sales & Production Administrator

John began his time at Graysons as a Graphic Design Apprentice, assisting with the artwork and prepressing as well as completing coursework and gaining his BTEC Level 3 qualification in Design and Social Media. John has now switched up his role from Graphic Design to Account Management. He currently assists with procurement of goods, promotional items and digital print.


Manoj Lakha – Junior Graphic Designer

Manoj is the newest member of the Graysons team, and is already hard at work for our artwork department. He has joined the team to assist our ever growing Graphic Design team and has impressed us all with his creative skill an attention to detail.


Steve Senior – Clothing Account Manager

Steve is a new member of the Graysons team, assisting Holly in the running and managing of the clothing department. He has years of experience working in the clothing supply industry and his expertise is a huge asset to Graysons. Steve keeps our customers happy, the department running smoothly and orders flying out of the door.


Tracey Burrows – Administrator

Tracey is a long time experienced member of the Graysons team – handling all of the behind the scenes action that makes Graysons run like clockwork. From invoicing and managing payments to answering the phones. We couldn’t do what we do without her.


James Osborn – Graphics Technician and Installation

James is an integral part of the Graysons team as he handles all of your vehicle graphic fitting and installation requirements. James also assists with the production team and in various different aspects of the business, from deliveries to site surveys.


Shaun Neville – Digital / Promotional Print Technician

For all things digital print…Shaun is your guy. He not only manages the production of digital print but also our in house promotional printer. Whether he’s printing pens or brochures, he is always at the top of his game for quality. Shaun’s expertise also shines through in our in house print extras – he also handles all laminating and foiling for that extra special finish.


Dee Patrzykat – Embroidery Machinist

Dee is our newest team member and she’s already a huge asset to the team. She runs our in house embroidery machine and produces bespoke clothing and uniforms for a wide range of clients. We pride ourselves on the quality of our embroidery and Dee is part of the reason.


Michael Killian – Graphics Technician and Print Finisher

Michael is another great addition to the production team, with his many years’ experience in print and finishing. Not only does Michael assist with the production of signage and decals, he also runs our cutter – doing everything from finishing signs and stickers, to creating bespoke packaging and point of sale display stands.
